The TSC G2 from THIEME has been specially developed for high quality graphic screen printing; for high tech industrial applications and the special squeegee angle requirements needed for textile printing.

The well proven THIEME Rotankife® wet-cutting process with it’s practical ease of operation, is responsible for the perfect squeegee edge and for optimum print quality in a single cutting operation.

The razor sharp, rotating blade removes a very thin strip of rubber (approx. 0.8 mm) thus, greatly reducing squeegee consumption. The high quality of the squeegee edge is guaranteed by a specially developed coolant, which evaporates without leaving and residue.

THIEME 1000

The THIEME 1000 is the only screen printing machine which requires no lifting movements of the frame:

The THIEME 4000 is the machine that can be used with great success in the graphics field with varying types of substrates, as well as in the industrial field with high demands for precision and speed. The production speed of the THIEME 4000 is two times higher than with traditional 3/4-automatic machines. Yet, the operator is never overtaxed because the next feed sheet is automatically registered to the stop-pins and the position is optically controlled.

Unrivaled performance, speed and reliability. With the conception of high-speed fully automatic screen printing systems, screen printing touches areas which require the use of new and more advanced machinery concepts.

The design of the THIEME 5000 multicolor is modular. It is possible to expand the machine to print up to 5 colors in line by adding extra printing and drying stations as required. The drive and gripper system together with the associated control units are designed to be retro-fitted to the printing and drying stations.
